This photograph is of the Marcy Elizabeth loading up before dawn at Garrison Cove, Bailey Island, Maine. Bailey Island is one of my favorite places to visit during trips to the Pine Tree State, and I made the image while attending a class at Maine Media Workshops in Rockland. I had a great time with a dozen other photographers exchanging ideas about photography and learning from each other. This image is a triple exposure with a slow shutter speed to capture the movement of the lobstermen moving about their boat in their orange coveralls.
